How Long Will Shipping Take?
We have worked hard to be able to ship from in the USA. MOST of our products will ship from the United States in North Carolina. Some of our specialty items will ship from outside countries like China, Germany and a few others.
For items where you see the “Ships from USA” flag, you can expect to receive your product within 3-10 days of your order date.
For items without the flag, items will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks of your order date.
If you would like to inquire about your order, please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you further. We do ask that you try to refrain on inquiring unless you’re beyond the delivery dates stated above.
Do I Get a Tracking Number?
Once we place your orders at our fulfillment centers, there will be a few days required to process the order. Once the order is processed through our fulfillment center, we will be able to provide you with a USPS tracking number . You can email us at email@example.com and we will be able to provide you with your tracking number after the initial fulfillment period.
I Ordered More Than One Item, and Only Received One Or Part Of The Package. Why Is That?
We currently have multiple fulfillment centers, so all of our items do not ship from the same place. If you only receive part of your bundle, hang tight, the rest are on the way.
I Places An Order But I Didn’t Receive A Confirmation Email … What’s Going On?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I Want To Change My Order / Address, Can I?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
